Contingency recruitment

Our Consultants need to know how the company functions, its culture, staff composition and dynamics. This is done by visiting our partners wherever possible. They also need to understand the recruitment process of each of our valued partners as well as detailed information pertaining to the position sought. This information is integral to ensuring speed and quality.

The search for potential candidates begins once the above information is available, via our hi-tech and well developed database. All short-listed candidates are called for rigorous interviews by our specialist consultants before the CVs are sent to our partners. Only those CVs that go through our interview process are sent to our partners.

Upon the partner’s request, SineWave could conduct background and reference checks as part of the recruitment contract. We can also provide psychometric tests where requested at additional charges.
